OUR DELIVERY PRICING AND ARRANGEMENTS

We try to keep our delivery prices and processes as clear, fair and honest as possible.  Below is a summary of our current carrier arrangements.

Where goods are available from stock, orders placed before 4pm Monday through Friday will normally be subject to same day dispatch.  There are no dispatch or delivery services on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays or Statutory Holidays.

UK Deliveries

We will always aim to dispatch goods as quickly as possible with most of our UK deliveries being shipped using TNT and FedEx next day services.  Where any single item weighs over 80kg a pallet delivery service may be used, we would then contact you to discuss delivery.

We offer free delivery to most UK addresses based on delivery zones which are set by our carriers.  This covers most of the UK but may not apply to more remote areas such as Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland or Offshore areas. If you think you may be in a remote location, please contact us prior to making your purchase.

Whilst the majority of orders are delivered successfully, delivery dates are not guaranteed and parcels are not considered missing or lost until they are 48hrs past the expected delivery window.

Should goods not be available from stock, or be subject to an alternate delivery schedule this will be specified in the product information.  Any delay will be communicated in writing within 1 working day.

European Deliveries

Delivery is available across all countries located in the European Union.

Throughout Europe the bulk of our deliveries are through either FedEx, TNT or UPS, however we do reserve the right to use other carriers without notice.

Collection in Person

We have a trade counter in Bradford should you be located in or around Yorkshire. We welcome customers collecting items in person but would always recommend calling to check stock before arriving as parts of our inventory need to be moved from other warehouses.

The information on this page should be used as a guide only and we reserve the right to use alternative arrangements
